Toke Makinwa Gushes As D’banj Redeems His ₦1m Pledge For Her New Book

Nigerian media personality and Vlogger, Toke Makinwa launched her book ‘On Becoming’ last weekend and had several a-list guests in attendance.
D’banj promised Toke the sum of 1million naira at the launch and seemed to have redeemed his plegde.

 

She shared a photo of Dbanj and gushed away with the caption, she wrote:

There are friends, and there are FRIENDS!!!!! Dapooooooooo………We go way back and it’s always been support, kindness and more support. Thank you for your huge contribution to my book #OnBecoming. You really didn’t have to and I know you’ll be mad at me for making this public but we’ll talk it over. D’banj made a pledge of 1 million Naira, and he redeemed it.
